L.E.A.D.E.R. Training
|
Lane’s L.E.A.D.E.R. program (Lane Enrichment and Development of Engineer Recruits) has been designed to build a solid foundation of quality trained Lane Engineers. The program is designed to acquaint the new engineer with the corporate culture and to expose new engineers to various aspects of the construction industry and to teach them how to do things the “Lane Way”. Our training program will take the new engineer through one of the most critical periods of their new career. The L.E.A.D.E.R. program will pick up where college textbooks leave off. Workshops are held throughout the twelve month period to enhance skills and understanding in engineering, estimating, surveying, cost control, concrete and asphalt paving, earthmoving, structures, and support of excavation. |

Professional Certification or Registration

We encourage our employees to seek professional certification and licensing as appropriate for their career needs. Full-time employees will be reimbursed for the cost of applying for and obtaining professional certification or registration directly related to their duties and position. |
