Field operations conducted by The Lane Construction Corporation are monitored by our management staff in the corporate headquarters. The President and Chief Executive Officer has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the corporation. Vice Presidents are responsible for Engineering, Purchasing, Equipment, & Field Operations. Each project has the support of corporate management utilizing our staff of thirteen District Managers and Assistant District Managers who report directly to an Executive Vice President of Plants and Contracts.

It is the policy of the company to make promotions from within the organization, therefore, our key Contract Supervisors are all well versed in many aspects of the construction industry. Many hold Professional Engineering licenses and certifications in various states. Many of our key supervisors have been in our employ their entire careers, extending in some cases more than 25 years. The Company has always maintained a permanent supervisory force which, at present, numbers approximately 650.

Total labor force during the peak construction season numbers approximately 4500.
