495 Express LanesLane is constructing two new lanes in each direction on a 14-mile stretch of I-495 from the Springfield Interchange to just north of the Dulles Toll Road. The project will replace over $260 million of aging infrastructure, including more than 50 bridges and overpasses. Construction of Springfield Interchange Phase VIII will create a seamless HOV network on I-95/395, the Capital Beltway, I-66, the Dulles Toll Road and future HOV lanes on Braddock Road. |
