Top 20 Transportation Contractor
In a construction joint venture with Fluor (Fluor-Lane), we completed construction on one of the largest public-private partnership (P3) projects in the United States, the I-495 Express (High Occupancy Toll) Lanes in Virginia, valued at $1.5 billion.
The same team recently completed a $722 million project to improve and expand 29 miles of the I-95 Express Lanes in Virginia.
Both projects were completed ahead of schedule.
We are construction joint-venture partners on the I-4 Mobility Partners team that is currently working on the $2.3 billion I-4 Ultimate project – a concession agreement to design, build, finance, operate and maintain 21 miles of Interstate 4 from Orange County to Seminole County, FL.

We are known for self-performing most work items (75%) on a typical contract including earth work, excavation, concrete and asphalt paving, site development, foundations, and structures. Our project management experience offers attractive savings to project owners—notably measured in time and money.
