Interns are assigned to an office, plant or project location for a 10-12 week, full-time, summer program. Each intern will be provided a mentor who will assign daily activities and assist with training. Interns will be given a list of goals to complete throughout the summer and summarize their experience with a final presentation. Opportunities are available in engineering, cost control, safety, environmental, and mechanical.
Associate Engineers are bachelor's degree graduates with 0-2 years of A/E/C experience interested in pursuing the field of heavy civil construction. The Associate Engineer assists with the major functions within either plant or project operations. The position is exposed to a variety of both offi ce and fi eld responsibilities that include scheduling, estimating, quality control, and quantity tracking.
