Little River WRF Expansion
The Little River Water Reclamation Facility serves Mountain Park and communities nearby in north Fulton and part of Cherokee County of Georgia. The wastewater treatment plant property is located at the junction of Rocky Creek and the Little River. A golf course and residential areas surround it.
The Little River WRF Expansion project entails improvements and expansion of the Little River wastewater treatment plant. It’s the first part of a plan to overhaul the county’s water and sewer system. The expansion will end the sewer tap moratorium in its coverage area.
BENEFITS/POSITIVE ASPECTS TO COMMUNICATE
Upgrading the Little River Water Reclamation Facility will provide residents with high-quality water and sewer services.
