Lane joined the UN Global Compact (UNGC) in 2023, demonstrating publicly our commitment to uphold universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and recognizing the importance of global collaboration to address sustainability challenges and achieve the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

The Sustainability Policy defines Lane’s commitments across three fundamental pillars (People, Place, and Process) and serves as a guide for employees to develop innovative solutions, implement sustainable practices, and continuously promote higher standards for responsible construction methods and overall performance. It also reinforces our commitment to the UN Global Compact and support for the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

LANE AND THE WEBUILD GROUP

As a subsidiary of the Webuild Group, Lane’s sustainability strategy aligns with the group. Lane’s ESG data is aggregated into the Webuild Group’s Non-Financial Statement (Formerly known as the Sustainability Report) which discloses performance on material ESG topics.

SUSTAINABLE / GREEN CERTIFICATIONS

Lane employs onsite professionals with technical and experiential knowledge of green rating systems and certifications related to Life Cycle Assessments, Environmental Product Declarations, and Sustainability Rating Systems like ISI’s Envision and the USGBC’s LEED program.
