President & Chief Executive Officer (2022)
Ignacio joined Lane as President and CEO in May 2022. Prior to this role, he managed American operations for Webuild since February 2018 when he assumed the role of Deputy General Manager Global Operations & Executive Director Americas. In that role, he worked closely with Lane’s executive team supporting the company to deliver results with clients and partners in the U.S. Ignacio’s international career began in Ferrovial where he covered roles with growing responsibilities, from Italy's Country Manager (from 2006 to 2008) to Vice President of the Polish subsidiary, Budimex (until 2014). From 2014 to 2018, he was Managing Director of OHL Construcción, an international company specializing in large-scale complex infrastructure, significantly present in the Americas.
Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer Construction (2013)
Daniele has more than 20 years of tunneling and heavy construction leadership experience. Since 2020, he has led Lane's Tunnels Division and various other operations as Vice President, interfacing with all Lane departments, owners, and third parties for this area while continually managing and supporting operations as a project executive. In his current position as Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for all operations throughout the United States.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary (2012)
Seth has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, he oversees Lane’s legal needs. Prior to joining Lane, Seth practiced construction law nationally and was general counsel of a leading western heavy highway company. Seth’s legal experience is broad, including trial work, claims, banking and finance, legal and governance, regulatory and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
VICE PRESIDENT – HUMAN RESOURCES AND DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION (2012)
Leonor started with Lane in 2012 in the Human Resources department. During her tenure, she has led and managed benefits, compensation, and HRIS for the organization as well as oversaw employees’ HR needs on the Operations side of the business. Upon becoming Vice President in 2022, Leonor is responsible for all HR functions including staffing and recruiting, benefits, compensation, HRIS, employee relations, Learning and Development, and DE&I.
