Gianfranco Catrini

President & Interim Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Gianfranco Catrini has been with Webuild Group for 28 years. He started his career in the field on a construction site in Pakistan. He worked on various construction projects around the world and eventually held several management positions, including Group Finance Director UK in 2002, Managing Director of Impregilo International Infrastructures NV in the Netherlands in 2008, and Managing Director of Fisia Babcock Environment GmbH in Germany in 2009. He also sat on the boards for several Group companies internationally. In 2012, Gianfranco was appointed Director of Corporate Development, responsible for selling non-core activities and acquiring new assets including the acquisition of Lane Industries in 2016. He was also responsible for all mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of the Group, the management of non-core activities and subsidiaries, as well as all activities for the integration, coordination, and control of Lane. In 2024, Gianfranco assumed the position of Director, Executive Vice President, and interim Chief Financial Officer for Lane.

Michele Longo

Director and Chief Bidding & Engineering Officer at Webuild

Michele Longo has been the Chief Bidding & Engineering Officer of Webuild SpA (formerly Salini Impregilo) since 2018. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Sector, at the University of Florence and began his professional career in 1989 as Project Design Manager at Rocksoil S.p.A. He has worked for Webuild Group since 1995 (formerly Impregilo and, later, Salini Impregilo), serving as Construction Site Manager and, later, Project Manager for the new High Speed Rail Lines Bologna-Firenze and Torino-Milano. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Pedelombarda S.C.p.A., rising to General Manager for Domestic Operations from 2011 to 2016. He holds Directorships in several Group subsidiaries since 2013.

Daniele Nebbia

Director and Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer Construction

Daniele Nebbia has more than 20 years of tunneling and heavy construction leadership experience. Since 2020, he has led Lane's Tunnels Division and various other operations as Vice President, interfacing with all Lane departments, owners, and third parties for this area while continually managing and supporting operations as a project executive. In his current position as Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for all operations throughout the United States.

Jose Martin Alos

Senior Vice President of Construction, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & Carolinas

Jose Martin Alos is Senior Vice President of Construction, East Coast, responsible for Lane's Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Carolinas regions. He has been with the company since 2021. With more than 20 years of experience delivering complex transportation infrastructure projects, he oversees operations, financial performance, project execution, and strategic growth initiatives across these regions. Throughout his career, Jose has led major design-build and public-private partnership (P3) projects in both the United States and Spain, managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale highway, bridge, and tunnel projects. His experience includes leadership roles on transformative infrastructure programs such as the I-495 Express Lanes Northern Extension in Virginia, the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion, the largest transportation projects in the history of the Virginia Department of Transportation, and the Palisades Tunnel Project, the first tunneling contract awarded as part of the larger Hudson River Tunnel Project, a critical rail link between Manhattan and New Jersey. Jose holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona.

Dyelan Phillips

Senior Vice President of Construction, Florida

Dyelan Phillips serves as Senior Vice President of Construction for Lane’s Florida operations. He provides executive leadership for major transportation infrastructure programs, overseeing construction operations, project strategy, client relationships, and regional performance across one of Lane’s key transportation markets. With more than 30 years at Lane, Dyelan has progressed through field, project, district, and executive leadership roles. This experience gives him a practical understanding of project execution, team development, risk management, and the operational discipline required to deliver complex heavy civil infrastructure work. His background includes roadway, bridge, toll facility, rail, aviation, and civil infrastructure projects delivered through multiple contracting models, including progressive design-build, design-build-finance, and public-private partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University.

Alvaro Gómez-Muro

Senior Vice President of Construction, Special Projects

Alvaro Gomez-Muro has more than 30 years of international executive leadership experience across the transportation infrastructure sector. He has led the development, design, construction, operations, maintenance, and asset management of major highway, rail, and water infrastructure projects, while successfully driving growth, organizational transformation, and operational excellence. Alvaro has been with Lane since 2025. As Senior Vice President of Construction for Special Projects, he leads Lane's Special Projects business, providing strategic and operational oversight for infrastructure projects located throughout the United States.

Leonor Haefner

VICE PRESIDENT – HUMAN RESOURCES

Leonor Haefner started with Lane in 2012 in the Human Resources Department. During her tenure, she has led and managed benefits, compensation, and HRIS for the organization as well as oversaw employees’ HR needs on the Operations side of the business. Upon becoming Vice President in 2022, Leonor is responsible for all HR functions including staffing and recruiting, benefits, compensation, HRIS, employee relations, and Learning and Development.
