Lane Industries Announces Merger Agreement with Salini Impregilo S.p.A

Lane Industries, Inc. (Lane) today announced it has entered into a merger agreement with Salini Impregilo Group (MTA: SAL). The merger deal will provide additional financial strength to Lane’s operations, allowing the company to take a stronger foothold in the markets it already operates in, as well as expand its growth into more profitable markets, with pro-forma combined sales of more than €6 billion ($6.4 billion at the current rate) expected in 2015.
